Lukhanyo Budaza is a dedicated legal professional and Co-Director at Budaza & Mashifane Inc., where he oversees the firm’s Cape Town office. He holds an LLB from the University of the Western Cape, where he distinguished himself academically, earning multiple Dean’s Awards for excellence.
Admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Lukhanyo has developed strong expertise in commercial litigation, Wills and Estates, Property Law, and General Litigation. His commitment to justice and client advocacy drives his approach to legal practice, ensuring that each matter is handled with precision and integrity.
Khutso Mashifane
Managing Director, Budaza & Mashifane Inc.
Born in Mogaung, Limpopo, Khutso Mashifane’s journey in law has been marked by academic excellence, dedication, and a passion for justice. He attended Sindile Primary School before completing high school at Groblersdal Academy.
He went on to study law at the University of the Western Cape, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, demonstrating his commitment to legal scholarship and excellence.
Khutso began his professional journey as an intern at the Legal Resources Centre, where he worked on public interest law and human rights cases. He then completed his articles at Adams & Adams, gaining expertise in litigation, intellectual property, and commercial law. After admission, he worked as an associate at Morolong Inc., further strengthening his experience in dispute resolution, contract law, and corporate litigation.
Now, as the Managing Director of Budaza & Mashifane Inc., Khutso is dedicated to providing strategic legal solutions, advocating for access to justice, and empowering individuals and businesses through the law. His leadership ensures that Budaza & Mashifane Inc. stands as a firm committed to integrity, excellence, and results-driven representation.
